Practical Info, Prices & Cancellations

I accept clients from all health insurance, life insurance and pension insurances.

I work with Prescriba who refer clients from various insurance companies.

I accept private paying clients and collaborate with Sygeforsikringen Danmark, which subsidizes private paying clients (who are active members in all groups).

Prices for psychological consultations:

• 950 kr for an individual conversation (Duration: 50-55 min) for private payers and companies.

  (As a private payer you can get a 300 kr subsidy per call from Sygeforsikring Danmark if you are an active member / in all groups) learn more below

• Akutsamtale på dagen og ved behov efter almindelig arbejdstid: tillæg på 400 kr oveni almindelig pris.

• Clients in a program continue at the agreed price until the program ends.

Reimbursement options for psychological counseling:

Health insurance: Check if you or your workplace has health insurance or you have other insurance (life insurance, accident insurance, etc.) that could cover psychological counseling for you or your family member. Individual sessions via insurance are typically set to last around 50 minutes.

Tilskud fra Sygeforsikring Danmark gives hvis du er aktiv medlem og hører ind under de 11 henvisningsårsager som Sygeforsikringen Danmark dækker. Du vil i så fald kunne få refunderet 300 kr per samtale og op til 24 gange på et år. Unge under 18 år kan få tilskud fra Danmark uanset om de hører under de 11 henvisningsårsager eller ej. Cancellations and no-shows:

Cancellations must be made by text message on 21 12 12 29 as early as possible and no later than 10 am the day before the appointment. If you cancel your call after this time, but still the day before the call, you will be charged half of your full call price as a cancellation fee. If you only cancel on the day of the call or fail to show up for the call, you will be charged the full call fee.

Please note that your insurance probably won't cover late cancellations or no-shows.

If you can't make it to the clinic in an emergency, we can reschedule your call to a video or phone call, which may save you a cancellation fee.

Cancellation terms for Prescriba Clients:

Prescriba clients have a fixed cancellation fee of DKK 350 if canceled later than 10 am the day before the appointment. Very few insurances pay the cancellation fee. I can see it in your Prescriba file if this is the case.
